Direct Care Alliance and Brooklyn Congregations United have come together to bring you a special event!

Through the Affordable Care Act, you can now get low-cost or no-cost heath insurance through an online marketplace, the NY State of Health. Health coverage starts as early as January 1, 2014.

NY State of Health, the official health plan marketplace, helps you:

• Access quality health insurance plans – all of which cover doctor visits, hospitalization, maternity care, emergency room care, and prescriptions.
• Compare health insurance plans so that you can select the most affordable and best option for you and your family.
• Determine whether you qualify for subsidies or free insurance.

IF YOU ARE NOT INSURED BY APRIL 1, 2014, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY!
